Please note that there are 14 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and always running, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the guests. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a noise level monitoring device It remains active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only and to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It doesn’t record any conversations.

Every furniture and appliance are modern and in great condition. We try to maintain them in very good condition.

* GUEST SCREENING* You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

* BUGS & CRITTERS: * Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. The Climate & Bugs
Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :)
Our guest has access to all common areas and the entire the two buildings in the same property UNIT 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 3 Washer's / 3 Dryer's / 2 Patio's/ 2 BBQ grill's nothing is shared all for you and your group :)

ACCESS HOUSE AND INSTRUCTIONS

For security purposes, you'll be given the gate code, door code to enter the house along with other important instructions and house rules within 24 to 48 hours of your check-in time

Store the codes in a safe place and READ CAREFULLY ALL the instructions. It's very likely that the answers to your questions are there. But don't hesitate to ask questions if in doubt.

1. Do not move heavy furniture around. You may get hurt, plus, our team members (especially the ladies) will be thankful for that!

3. Turn off all lights and electronics when not in use. The environment thanks you again!

4. Avoid shoes or another footwear inside the house and clean after yourself. Our housekeeping stars work hard to perform an impeccable turnover and they will certainly love you for that!

5. DO NOT smoke inside the house. Just don’t please…

6. DO NOT open any windows as the Air Conditioner (A/C) needs to be ON 24/7. Welcome to one of the hottest and most humid weather in the USA!
