Cozy apartment with a large south garden where you can enjoy the sun all day long.
The property is Brand new and so is all the furniture. A fully equipped kitchen with a buffet bar connecting to the living room has access to the terrace and garden. We have sun loungers, an outdoor dining setup, and a gas barbecue. Master bedroom en-suite and second bedroom with bathroom. The complex has beautiful tropical gardens and 2 large swimming pools. A gym with treadmills, free weights, and other machines.

WE HAVE 2 MORE APARTMENTS IN THE SAME COMPLEX FOR BIGGER GROUPS. SLEEPS 15 IN TOTAL.
This flat is brand new and it is situated in the complex of Sotoserena.
It is fully equipped in a way you won't need to spend extra time on anything but having a great holiday. The views from the terrace and splendid and the sunset is really romantic.

In summer it is full of people who enjoy the amazing lifestyle on the coast so it is very advisable to plan a bit in advance your stay. Rent-a-cars are usually fully booked if you don't book in advance. The same is applicable to restaurants, adventure tours, and guides.

The apartment is located near the zoo with a safari walk and wonderful plants. This park is suitable for children and ******** 15 min with car you can visit The Port of Puerto Banus and 20min with car you can see the old town of ******** can visit also Gibraltar in 25min away by car or Tarifa the surf and gold beach paradise only in 40 min with car!
The best way to come to our place is with car or taxi,you can take the bus but the complex is little but far away from the bus station.
