Serenity River Villa, stands for exactly what its name means "serenity". Set in a lush, serene and welcoming settlement in Kakodiki, you will discover this paradise on earth. The Serenity River Villa settlement of Sfakos in the village of Kakodiki, which consists of a ground floor and 1st floor within a 4 acre estate, fenced in that the south side of the property ends ten meters from the river.
The house extends to 180sqm and can accommodate up to 8 people, as it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The bedrooms are located one on the ground floor with double bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobes and balcony door. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor with a double bed each, air conditioning, TV, wardrobes and French doors. Two of the ones on the first floor have awnings and furniture on their balconies so you can enjoy the view, in the mornings or afternoons.
The bedrooms as a whole have blackout curtains and safes. The televisions are Smart TVs and have satellite channels.
Bathrooms extend to the ground floor (one) with a shower and shower cubicle. The next bathroom is an en suite in an upstairs bedroom and has a bathtub. The final bathroom is upstairs with shower and shower cubicle. You will find a washing machine.
The kitchen area is designed to be fully functional during your stay. Full size fridge, oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, espresso and filter machine etc. Preparing your meals will be quick and easy.
Note that the kitchen and living room area is open plan and spacious for everyone.
The outdoor area will impress you.
Olive trees, vines, ornamental plants, a bed of aromatic herbs, fruit trees (apple, pomegranate, prickly pear, cherry, orange, etc.), complete the visitor's contact with nature for a greater sense of well-being and relaxation.
The swimming pool is about 50 sqm, you will find sunbeds, pool umbrellas and you will find an outdoor shower. There is outdoor furniture and a pergola by the pool.
In addition there is a BBQ and a wood fired oven for the ones who loves it.
Finally for your entertainment you will find table tennis. elliptical machine, static bike (outdoors) and table games.

Our newly built villa in the settlement of Sfakos,in the village of Kakodiki,is 65km from Chania,5km from the historic village of Kandanos and 10km from the seaside town of Paleochora,which is one of the most important summer resorts, 72km from the city of Chania.
Our village is a particularly beautiful village that has more water sources than any other part of Crete.
It is built at the mouth of the Kakodikianos river which is one of the most important rivers in Crete.
In the green village of Kantanos, there are quality taverns such as Mesostrato,Platia and Platanos where you can enjoy your lunch or even have delivery. There are pastry shop and bakery, butcher's shop,pharmacy,mini markets,petrol station,ATM and Health ******** the area you will find the opportunity to visit the gorge of Kantanos with its stone road suitable for hiking and cycling for the ones who love it.
In the nearby village of Temenia, there is the homonymous tavern with quality, delicious food.
On the other hand, the picturesque streets of Paleochora are convenient for a walk,either to the Venetian fortress of Fortezza with its coastal pedestrian walkway,or to the cycle path and the beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters that are ideal for all kinds of water activities. In its narrow streets you can discover taverns with traditional cuisine and fresh fish.Paleochora is fully developed and you will find everything you need from supermarkets,petrol stations,fishshops,taverns, restaurants,fast food,cafes and ******** is a favorite destination especially in the summer for both residents and visitors alike.
There are daily excursions to ancient Lissos,the Samaria Gorge, the popular churches with Byzantine icons. There are several hiking trails such as the European paths E4 & E1 .
Nearby,boat trips are available to Sougia,Ag. Roumeli,Loutro and Elafonissi.
Finally, near us there are many beaches that will reward you with a visit to them such as Pachia Ammos, Gialiskari, Psilos Volakas,Grammeno, Krios etc.
