This beautiful two bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of the CBD within arms reach of the CTICC as well as the rest of the Central Business hub of Cape Town. This is the ideal location for guests travelling for work who want something stylish and comfortable to come home to at the end of a long day. The apartment has great wifi, fully kitted kitchen with all essentials and a washing machine.There are lovely Communal areas to use as well, such as the rooftop pool and outdoor seating area.
This two bedroom apartment is in a brand new, sought after building in the heart of the City. Each room has a comfortable bed with good quality linen- one of the rooms is open plan with a glass partition, the second bedroom has a door which can close. Both rooms have queen sized beds. There is a comfortable living room area, with enclosed balcony for a sundowner after a long day. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with anything you would need to rustle up. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. There is a spacious shower with good quality finishes and single vanity. The apartment is within an easy walking distance to the CTICC- or an even shorter uber ride away. Please note we are a loadshedding free building- a rarity in SA - so you won't experience any loadshedding in the building, but it is worth keeping in mind the loadshedding schedules for places you plan to visit.
Guests will have full access to the apartment during their stay, as well as Common Areas.
City Centre is Cape Town’s vibrant business and commercial heart, with a mix of chain stores, surf shops and fashion boutiques. Amid the bustle, the Company’s Garden is a peaceful 1600s park with monuments and a rose garden, while the colonial Castle of Good Hope has military and art museums. Dining options in the area span casual pizzerias to upscale bistros, while gin bars and dance clubs stay open till late.
Fortunately the apartment is located in a zone that is not impacted by load shedding at all. Therefore you will not experience any outages when staying with us.
Uber is reliable and convenient.
There is street parking available for a fee outside the. building. It is free after 5PM on weekdays until 8AM the following day. Do not leave valuables inside your car.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary change over.
