The modern bathroom is equipped with a well-lit vanity and a shower, with a towel provided for each guest. The apartment is ideal for long-term stays with its laptop-friendly workspace, and it also includes a private washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. You'll have easy access to public transport to the city.

The Apartment is 8 - 10 mins drive from main train / bus station Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.
The Apartment can be reached via local cab from ✈ Luxembourg Airport in approx 12- 15 min.
Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.

Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
