Our home is a 5-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, 7 minutes to Blue Jay Village, under 10 minutes to Santa’s Village, and just a short walk to Jensen’s Grocery and Cedar Glen shops.

- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets, depending on damages.
Rules: Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
Damage: Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.
- Our home is comfortable all four seasons. We have a brand new central a/c and heating system, custom wood burning stove in the living room that can heat the entire house, as well as a whole home automatic generator so the weather never gets in the way of your vacation. These are all rare finds in Arrowhead.
- The bedroom with 2 twin beds and playroom is connected to the 3rd bedroom which has a king bed, lounge area and private workspace.
- Winter Travel: Tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be required to drive in the mountains depending on weather and road conditions. We strongly recommend you always keep chains with you when driving in the mountains during winter as weather conditions can change rapidly.
- There are 5 driveway parking spots for guests to use. During the winter months the 2 parking spots in the lower driveway will not be available, so there will be 3 driveway parking spots for guests in the wintertime.
- Only the guests on the booked reservation are allowed at the house. No additional guests and/or visitors are allowed at the house unless approved in advance.
- We've created a gorgeous and welcoming space for friends and family to relax and be together. Our home is not a party house. We ask guests to respect our home, our lovely neighborhood and our neighbors during their stay.
- We have a strict NO smoking policy on our property.
- Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and move conversations indoors after 9 PM to respect neighbors. If you plan to make excessive noise, this property may not be suitable for you.
- We have a policy in place that does not permit outdoor music or portable speakers. This policy helps us ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for our neighbors and community.
- If the rules are not followed and there is a City of Lake Arrowhead violation cited as a result of a guest making excessive noise, we have the right to fine the Guest.
