Southwinds Vacation Home is a luxury 4 bed 3.5 Bath Ocean View home which is conveniently located in East End near to many attractions, restaurants, dinning and activities and is the perfect accommodation for a large family or a group of friends wanting to vacation together while also providing more than enough space so that everyone can comfortably relax whether it's inside or outside by the gazebo, pool, hot tub or lay in the hammock listening to the waves and enjoying the warm Caribbean sun.
With over 3,550 sq ft of interior space spanning 2 floors, the ground floor is comprised of the large kitchen, dining, bar and living area as well as the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is a half bath on the ground floor in the laundry area off the kitchen.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor with one bedroom having 2 single beds, a large bedroom with a queen bed and another large bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a very large bathroom in the upstairs area with a shower and tub which is shared by 2 bedrooms.

From virtually every room in the house there are amazing ocean views to the south.

Apart from the spacious interior the outside of the property is equally spacious with gazebo area with outdoor dinning for 8, large pool with sun loungers, hot tub which you can enjoy at night and a outdoor hammock.

There is also a large grassy yard with a children playhouse/slide and area for running and playing around.

Please note that Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage which has been converted into a studio apartment which the owner and his wife will stay in whenever the main house is rented by guests.

With the exception of the garage/studio, Guests will have exclusive access to the 4 bedroom house itself, the yard, decks and pool area.

Guests should not anticipate to see the owner and he will respect the privacy of guests during their stays unless there is an issue with the house in which case the owner will be available to assist quickly.
Guest will have exclusive access to all living spaces, inside and outside. The only space reserved for the owner is the garage/studio.
East End has some of the friendliest residents on Island and maintains a small neighbourhood and authentic island feel, thanks to the area being less-developed than Cayman's western side.

You will discover numerous unspoiled beaches that are great for exploring. Bring lunch or dinner and some drinks and take advantage of these deserted beaches and incredible sea views.

There are several good restaurants dotted along the coast-line,that people will drive out from town to visit. Popular spots include Tukka, Eagle Ray's Bar & Grill, Blue Rock Restaurant Bar & Lounge and Taco Cantina.

You will also find two major resorts in the area: the Wyndham Reef Resort and Morritt's who offer great on-site restaurants with weekly specials and live entertainment. You will also be spoilt for choice with the selection of watersports available on the beach and incredible dive sites that are within easy reach of the hotels by boat.

The quiet roads are also great for fitness fanatics and you'll often find people running and cycling. Small groups of cyclists can often be seen doing loops of the East End on a Sunday morning.

Similar to North Side, it will take at least 40 minutes (without traffic) to get to George Town and during rush hour, commute time can be at least an hour more.
We recommend renting a vehicle as most things are at least 5 mins drive by car.
Please note that there is a cat that lives on the outside of this property. The cat is not allowed inside the home.

This property is not located directly on the water but has amazing expansive and unobstructed views of the nearby ocean from the hill that the property sits on. You will be required to drive at least 1 - 5 mins for nearby beaches.
