Everything available is featured in the pictures. Please note: there is not a kitchen, but we added a fridge, microwave, and some other essentials.
Situated between Mission Hills and the memorable neighborhood of Hillcrest, the studio is close to unique boutiques, locally-owned coffee shops, and award-winning restaurants. Additionally, it's centric location makes it the convenient San Diego destination.

This is a very walkable location and also comes with a one-car parking pass for you to explore other neighborhoods of San Diego.
This studio is on the first floor of a townhome, and we rent the upstairs separately. That means:
1. The air conditioning is controlled by the upstairs unit. We try to keep the home comfortable around 71 degrees and the studio has a space heater if necessary.
2. The studio is subject to noise from the upstairs unit. We have done our best to combat this by adding a white noise machine, providing ear plugs, and making a request. If we have a guest, it is likely you will hear footsteps and noise from the other unit. Please keep that in mind when choosing to stay with us.
3. The townhome has a smart door lock on the front door, one for the studio, and one for the upstairs rental. There is a shared entrance, but neither rental will be able to access the other unit.
PETS
• We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $45 fee per pet, per stay.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property.
• No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture.
• If you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate.
• If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs.
• Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum.
• Please do your best to clean up after your pet (hair, waste outside…) before check-out.
• We recommend bringing their own bed and food/water bowls.
