Breakers West B3 is a gorgeous two bedroom residence at the highly sought after Breakers West community. The non-smoking condo offers two bedrooms and two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-condo laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella are all provided for guest use. The gorgeous remodeled kitchen has quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is outfitted with everything guests will need for a fantastic stay, even if they are cooking in! The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom which has a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV and private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV inside an entertainment console. The unit features a fantastic oversized patio that overlooks the lush, green, grounds and community pool. Set far back from West Gulf drive and just far enough from the beach, guests will enjoy an unparalleled level of tranquility and relaxation at Breakers West B3.

As one of the very few rental properties on the upper portion of West Gulf Drive, this location is considered especially desirable as the pristine beaches are much less crowded than a more centrally located residence on Middle or East Gulf drive, where many large condominium complexes are located. In this neighborhood there are many luxurious homes and villas, but few rental properties and condos, making for an especially exclusive beach experience.
