This spacious 5 bed property is the perfect accommodation for families or groups of up to 12 guests looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in a peaceful residential area. The house is fully equipped with all modern amenities and features, making it ideal for both short and long-term stays.
Delft boasts five spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a designated worksapce and comes with an en-suite bathroom, while the other four bedrooms share 2 family bathrooms. The living room is spacious, yet cozy, featuring a large TV, Amazon Alexa, a dining table that seats 4 and comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day at work or exploring the surroundings.
The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with all modern appliances and cookware, allowing guests to prepare their favorite meals during their stay. It has a dining table which seats a further 6 people.
Delft also benefits from a private terrace, perfect for outdoor dining or just relaxing in the sun. Additionally, there is free Wi-Fi and free parking available for guests.
Located in a quiet and friendly residential area of Swindon, the house is just a short drive from the town center, with easy access to all the local amenities, including shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Our property has 5 bedrooms with the following bed sleeping arrangements:
- 1 Super-King (Which can be seperated into twin 3ft beds)
- 2 Doubles
- 2 Twin bedrooms with 3ft beds
Living Room - The living room has a sofa bed which can be made up upon request. The sofa bed will be used as a sofa by default - not a sofa bed.
Please note: If your group requires the sofa bed, we ask you kindly to request this at the point of booking your reservation. If you arrive at the property and have not requested for the sofa bed to be made up, we can not guarantee that our housekeeping team will be available to attend the property. Unless requested otherwise, our beds and sofas will always be in the default arrangements.
You will have exclusive access to the house and garden during your stay. We will leave you to enjoy your stay, but are easily contactable should you need us.
This property is a town house, so has two flights of stairs. The living room and bedrooms are on floors 1 and 2.
Terrace not available in winter months (November - March)
We require the lead guest to sign our T&C's and submit a government issue ID for verification.
We monitor our properties remotely with noise sensors and video doorbells.
