Love Nest in Pringle Bay

Situated in a secluded hamlet on the wild and beautiful Cape south coast about an hour from Cape Town, this character house, set in the indigenous 'fynbos' is the perfect romantic retreat.
A comfortable main bedroom {en-Suite} with expansive lounge, inclusive of fireplace and decks facing east and west, make this a wonderful hideaway. Beautiful mountain views, great hiking and mountain biking options and of course the secluded and pristine Pringle Bay Beach beckons.
The space is full of character and charm.
The main bedroom and bathroom are open-plan. And so it goes without saying that couples should know each other rather well!
On the ground floor is a second large room housing a double bed or a bunk bed for children, including a lovely private bath and separate guest toilet.
The kitchen table holds many a good story and makes for wonderful meal times.
The outdoor barbecue "Braai" boma is secluded from wind and makes for a magical night under the stars, locked into good conversation.
There is an arty outdoor (hot) shower to rinse off after your day at the beach.
We don't live in Pringle but you'll be met by our key holder, Rita. She'll show you ******** what at the house.
The house is in the cul de sac of Diana Road.
Rita lives a few houses away, at #1576 Diana Road. We will send you directions to Rita's house (about 3 houses away).
Pringle Bay is a small coastal village in the Overberg region of the Western Cape, in South Africa. It is situated at the foot of Hangklip. The town and surrounds are part of the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO Heritage Site.
There are a myriad of trails and routes to explore the abundant flora and wild southern Cape.
Pringle Bay’s stunningly beautiful main swimming beach is approximately 2 Kilometres long and a short drive from the house. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk away, offering a few local cafe's, restaurants, mini market and a couple rather eclectic bars.
Day trips to Hermanus, Stanford and the Walker Bay coast are easy – there’s plenty to do here if you book a long stay.
A wonderful hours drive from Cape Town, we recommend taking the coastal route from Gordon's Bay.
Walking around Pringle Bay is safe and highly recommended. Watch out for baboons :)

The garage you see in the photos is not available for parking. Parking is in the driveway, not in the garage.
You will need to climb a short flight of stairs to reach the main bedroom and lounge.
The Main bed is a queen bed.
There is an extra bedroom if you are two people staying over and you do not share beds, but this house is strictly for 2 person's only!
