Our private, relaxing, air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment is centrally located and thoughtfully set up for a enjoyable and hassle free stay in Toowoomba. The apartment is perfect for 3 friends, or workmates, or family with children as we have a bath and high chair available.

Highlights inside include quality new furnishings and bedding, reverse cycle airconditioning and heating throughout, cosy and calm master bedroom, and cool interior design touches to make our guest feel taken care of during their stay. Enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the garden courtyard or chill out to some Netflix on the Smart TV.
Our little unit has everything you need for a smooth and comfy stay in Toowoomba. The north facing secure garden courtyard leads into your private entry and patio space.

The front entrance opens onto our lounge, dining and kitchen space with its hip collection of furnishings and decor to bring color and character to the space.

We have a well stocked kitchen to make preparing meals a cinch with new Bosch dishwasher, delonghi coffee pod machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, oven, cutlery and cookware.

We provide coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt, pepper and some other pantry items to get you started. Eat in or drive just minutes to a multitude of dining options.

Just 50 meters walk to the Toowoomba Golf Club, driving range, putt putt and dining. Just 1km to the Toowoomba Hospital.

We also have a high chair for babies, built in bath and infant cutlery, bowls and cups.

The bedrooms are calmly decorated for a restful night sleep – the main with comfy queen bed and two comfy singles in the smaller second bedroom. The lounge area also features a click clack sofa bed with pillows and spare linen and a mattress topper for extra comfort. The sofa can be used to accommodate a party of 5.

We have everything ready for you to pack light and leave happy - linen, organic shampoo and conditioner, body wash, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, a washer and a dryer for any travel washing or emergencies. There is also a clothes line out the back to air dry clothes. The bathroom has a shower over bath - great for kids and with awesome water pressure.

Close to Toowoomba Hospital, right next to the City Golf Club and convenient to Gabbinar and the CBD, the apartment is one of three in the building and is for your exclusive use.

The apartment is 1km to Toowoomba hospital and 2.4km (3 min drive) to the restaurants, cafes and shopping of Toowoomba City.

Stroll 200 meters to the local SPAR/IGA for groceries or grab breakfast and a quality coffee at local hang out The Vintage Cafe or popular Cafe 63 nearby.

At the end of the street is the beautiful City Golf Club – great for a pub dinner, to attending weddings, or for a few hours of fun at the driving range and putt putt course.

Conveniently located to Gabbinar Estate and Picnic Point.

5 minute drive to Toowoomba Plaza with Coles and Kmart for any shopping needs and 3 minutes drive (1.5km) to Guzman Y Gomez, Cafe 63, Burger Urge and other last-minute fast food dining options.

There are many choices to get around from this central location. Take a stroll, run or cycle on the 14km East West Creek bike/walking route or jump into an Uber and into town - you are close to everything!
Access into the unit is easy - just two stairs to climb. There is a shower over bath so not suitable for folks that are concerned about slipping but great for bathing the kids.

Toowoomba is in drought which means water restrictions apply to watering our garden and to everyone’s use. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation. You may see our ground keeper around in the late afternoon as he tries to fit watering in within the restricted hours.
