This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment comes with one FREE parking which is very uncommon for Melbourne CBD apartment, saving money for our guests if they have a car and is ideal accomodation for family/group travellers. We provide Free high speed WIFI and Netflix has been set up separately for both Adults and Kids, so adults do not need to worry your little ones will watch something they are not meant to watch.
Our apartment is located at heart of CBD where there are many restaurants, cafes, bars & shopping all within walking distance! Its great for families as guests can choose to stay in & watch a movie & enjoy our welcome bottle of wine; or you can take a tram for free to explore the city, as it is within the free tram zone. There is everything our guests need made available from a fully stocked kitchen to guest amenities to linen to towels & amazing city view & 1 min walk to Melbourne Central Station.
As our guests, you are able to use residential club which is on level 11, where there are desks for studying or work, you also can see almost a 360 degree view of Melbourne city from there. There is also a 'movie room', we do suggest our guests to go there have a look and enjoying themselves as much as they can during their stay.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located just 1 min away from Melbourne Central Station which feeds into Melbourne's main metro network station, Flinders Street and also Southern Cross Melbourne's main regional terminus. Our apartment is easy to commute to and fro especially for first time travellers and families with young children visiting Melbourne.
Guests can access to the public resting area on level 11, there is Foxtel TV, WiFi and desks for studying or work.
We would love to share the must go and try places we love within Melbourne City: Melbourne has kept its reputation for a multi-cultural state that offers extensive range of cuisines and also its night life.

•Free tram zone , located just outside of our apartment, on La Trobe and Elizabeth Street
•St Francis Church, corner of Lonsdale and Elizabeth Street, a 5 mins walk away
•St Paul Cathedral, a 10-15 mins walk away from our apartment, one of the oldest Cathedral a definite tourist must see.

Wehighly recommend to check PTV journey planner at ******** to plan for your travel in advance.
In Melbourne weather, it is mostly cold and chilly. The only air-con we have is the one in the living room and it is more than sufficient for the room as it is quite a compact apartment. If air con or heating is needed, all guests need to do is to on it and shut all windows and doors, the heat or cold air will go to each room. In winter days, we do provide bed heating blanket that guests can turn on before they sleep to heat up the beds.
