This family home is well located in Upper Kenilworth. Quiet tree-lined streets abound. Well located between the City Wine Farms of Constantia +- 15 minutes and the buzz of the City Centre +- 20 minutes outside of traffic hours. Relax beside the lovely pool after a long day exploring the best that Cape Town has to offer. Relax on the patio under the shade of the vines while enjoying a "Braai" on the gas grill. Great amenities that will ensure a comfortable stay for you and guests. WIFI, Netflix
Located in a quiet tree-lined suburb in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
Spacious home with large master bedroom with ensuite. Second bedroom with ensuite. 2 bedrooms with 2x single beds in each.
Formal lounge at the entrance to the house. TV lounge leading into fully fitted kitchen and Dining area.
Lovely patio with outside table and chairs.
Longer chairs beside the pool.
Garage for 1 vehicle. Street parking available too.

Kenilworth lies flanked by the Constantia Winelands and popular Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, between the suburbs of Claremont and Wynberg.
A leafy suburb, upper Kenilworth is a well-established part of Cape Town and homes here are large and expensive with extensive gardens.
You’re close to everything from here - the city is only 20 minutes’ drive, Claremont and her extensive shopping centres are just up the road and you’re close to the Constantia Wine Route and Maynardville Theatre with its annual renditions of Shakespeare, in the old village of Wynberg.
Hiring a car would be the best option although Uber is also inexpensive and usually quick to arrive.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary changeover.
Please be aware that we have had the three main bedrooms inside the house changed from carpeted flooring to a wooden laminate since the time of the photos being taken :)

We provide hygienic linen which is cleaned industrially.
Our housekeeping staff use gloves and face masks to mitigate the spread of any germs/virus.
We have hospital grade disinfectant at this property for guests to use and keep yourself virus free.
ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process
