Designed by renowned architect Pedro Urquiza, the home features vaulted cathedral ceilings, intricate carved cantera details, and abundant natural light streaming through French doors and clerestory windows.
This home includes 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. The residence features three elegant king-bedroom suites, each with an ensuite travertine bathroom, beamed ceilings, and private outdoor access. The main living spaces include a double-height living room with a dramatic two-story fireplace, a formal dining room, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
Outdoor spaces are equally breathtaking, featuring a rooftop terrace with panoramic city views, a shaded seating area, an outdoor kitchen, a firepit, and multiple private balconies. Guests also enjoy access to the community’s exclusive amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and concierge services.
