This newly-built, 3-bedroom home features 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, 4.5 bathrooms and 2 walk-in closets. Each bedroom is equipped with luxury hotel bedding and the bathrooms come with all bathroom essentials and luxury soaps, towels and amenities.
The home features a large kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and modern appliances. A formal dining room extends off the kitchen and includes an outdoor dining patio with wall-to-wall glass doors that can be opened to allow the outdoors in.
The large private rooftop includes an outdoor sink and countertop, plus an outdoor table and chairs for hosting. Featuring panoramic views of the city, sunsets and iconic landmarks.
There is a 1-car garage for convenient parking.

Just a 15-minute walk to the Parroquia and centrally located in San Miguel de Allende, Casa Da Vinci in Villas Acuarela provides easy access to the city’s vibrant cultural scene, historic landmarks, and charming streets filled with shops and restaurants.
Convenience is at your fingertips, with taxis and Uber just steps away, ready to transport you to stores, restaurants, cathedrals, art galleries, and more. Taxis are only $80 MXN pesos. They are easy to find, just hold your hand up to grab a green taxi.
We also offer a private car service for trips in or around the city (price depends on destination), and we offer private airport transportation for $900 MXN per person (2 person minimum) for transport to and from the airport. Contact us for a car service.
