Sundial N203 is an upscale residence located within Sundial East that features plush master quarters with king bed, a spacious guest bedroom equipped with queen beds, an extra den featuring a queen Murphy bed and desk, a spacious and well appointed living area with an oversized flatscreen TV, and a robust, fully equipped, kitchen. Renovated in 2024, guests staying with us will be among the first to experience this luxurious residence!
Sundial N203 is located within the world renowned Sundial Resort with white sugar sand beaches and balmy breezes off the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit was fully renovated in 2024 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds, and den with Murphy bed this unit is ideal for larger parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. Lastly, this unit comes with access to an exclusive private cabana accessible from the patio, ideal for relaxing and entertaining at the end of a fun filled day at the beach.
This is a private rental, you will have access to the amenities of the Sundial East complex which includes a large pool, tennis, grills, cooking area as well as all Sundial restaurants, shopping, and Tiki bar which are all open to the public. Access to resort amenities such as the main pool by the tiki bar is not included with the rental of this unit. Guests may purchase daily passes to access these amenities, please inquire with Sundial Resort directly for pricing and availability. Featuring 4 on-site restaurants, pool and beach just a few feet away, guests will find themselves pampered by all their options for fun under the sun!
Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.
We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.
Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.
