This gorgeous five bedroom, three and a half bath, pool home is situated on over an acre of land and is perfect for groups looking to relax and unwind in privacy. Located less than 10 minutes to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, and Downtown Fort Myers, guests will find ample opportunity to explore Southwest FL. As a desirable alternative, guests could also simply choose to no leave the property. With a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas, and an oversized and caged lagoon style pool there are ample choices for guests to relax comfortably right at home!

Primary Bedroom- King bed with en-suite bathroom featuring walk in shower and double vanity
Guest Bedroom 1- King bed with access to hallway guest bathroom 1, shared with guest bedroom 2. Bathroom features shower/tub combo and single vanity.
Guest Bedroom 2- King bed with access to hallway guest bathroom 1, shared with guest bedroom 1. Bathroom features shower/tub combo and single vanity.
Guest Bedroom 3- King bed with hallway access to guest bathroom 2, shared with guest bedroom 4. Bathroom features renovated walk in shower and single vanity.
Guest Bedroom 4- Two twin beds with hallway access to guest bathroom 2, shared with guest bedroom 3. Bathroom features renovated walk in shower and single vanity.
The living room features a large and plush sofa, and is equipped with a large flat screen smart TV. The smart and open concept design of the living area witnesses it mesh seamlessly with the fully equipped kitchen, which is located just on the other side of the pool doors from the living room. The kitchen features an oversized peninsula with an overhang which functions perfectly as a breakfast bar for those that like to make the kitchen their desired social space. For those looking to relax in more privacy there is a large sitting room located adjacent to the living room, equipped with a second sofa and coffee table. Adjacent to the sitting room guests will find the dining room, equipped with a 60 inch dining table and four chairs. Approaching the garage and far end of the kitchen guests will find a half bathroom, which features a toilet and single vanity.
