This stunning three bedroom two bathroom cottage on Fort Myers Beach is completely renovated as of early 2024 and ready to accept its first guests! Just steps to the beach, guests will find themselves rolling out of bed directly onto the white sandy beaches of Fort Myers Beach with their drink of choice in tow!
Hurricane repairs have been finalized, we are now accepting reservations starting 11/15. Don't wait long, this one won't last for your dates.
This home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, boasting a smart and practical floor plan. The kitchen is the central room in the home and what guests will walk into after proceeding through the front door of the home. It features an island with breakfast bar seating and a roomy floor plan. Adjacent to the kitchen guests will find a large living room with multiple seating areas and a small secondary dining table with service for up to three guests. There is also a large flat screen TV in the living room. The primary bedroom is located to the right of the kitchen and features a king bed with en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a single vanity and beautifully decorated walk in shower with a fixed frame shower door. Guest bedroom one features a queen bed with bonus double futon bed and flat screen TV. Guest bedroom two features a single daybed with single over double bunk bed on the opposite side of the room. Both bedrooms access the bathroom located in the adjacent hallway, featuring a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Guests will be able to access the entire home, yard, and driveway during their stay.
This home is located mid-beach, halfway between the upscale south end of Fort Myers Beach close to Bonita Beach, Wiggins Pass, and Lovers Key, and North Beach featuring the hustle and bustle of downtown and numerous restaurants and shops.
