This 350 m2 unique villa is located in the traditional village of Tsagarada in Pelio.Tsagarada is the most well-known tourist destination of Greece as it combines wonderful beaches for summer vacations but also mountains with ski resorts and skiing activities.
The villa can accommodate up to ten guests. In the first floor of the property there are four bedrooms with double size ******** bedrooms are master with their own bathrooms and have a beautiful view in Skiathos island.
In the main floor there is a large and comfortable living area with a dining table for five persons and it is connected with a fully equipped kitchen where you can find all the ******** traditional fireplace gives a classy flair in the room.
In the basement you can find a sauna,a ping pong table,a gym bicycle and a bathroom. Finally the property includes a 72 m2 swimming pool in a plot of nearly 4000 m2,with trees and flowers all over!Also there is a barbeque and a ******** floor of the property is nearly 115m2.
But the greatest advantage of the house is the fantastic sea view to Skiathos island!
Fresh sheets and towels are provided and the apartment is cleaned by professionals before each visit.
All the house area is cleaned and disinfected.
