The adjoining laundry room provides convenience with a washer and dryer for your use.
Step outside to the private terrace with a BBQ grill, dining area, and comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views and is ideal for relaxation, while the shared community pool and hot tub offer a refreshing escape.
Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet, and private access to the rooftop terrace. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and ample closet space, with a second full bathroom nearby.

They are easy to find, just hold your hand up to grab a green taxi. Please note: there are 3 sets of stairs to access the home, in case anyone in your group has mobility issues. There are 2 digital smart lock codes to gain entry.
