Welcome to our Saltwater Serenity 2-Room Suites in Ajijic, nestled in the prestigious town of Ajijic, situated along the stunning northern shore of Lake Chapala. We invite you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of this remarkable region. Our lovely suite provides the perfect accommodation for your unforgettable stay.

It is located two blocks away from the melecon and two blocks away from the city square. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and activities.
Welcome to our Saltwater Serenity 2-Room Suites in Ajijic. Every aspect of this bedroom accommodation has been thoughtfully designed to provide you with the utmost comfort and satisfaction. The interior boasts spacious and elegantly furnished living areas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

This exquisite 2-room studio suite promises an unforgettable stay. With complimentary in-room amenities and access to the building's shared outdoor pool and rooftop with stunning mountain vistas, your stay is sure to be both convenient and thoroughly enjoyable.

Room 1&2 amenities:
- Private kitchen space with cookware, utensils, an oven w/ top stove, coffee maker and a refrigerator.
- Own Dining table and dining-ware
- Private patio for peaceful recreation in the morning or afternoon
- Shared outdoor pool for kids and adults to enjoy
- Shared washer and dryer in common area (located on the 2nd floor)
- Accessible rooftop with amazing mountain view for the guests.

* Each suite can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably
* Maximum guest(s) to accommodate : 8 Guests
* Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning installed. However, we have ceiling fan installed for your convenience.
Upon arriving at the property, use the code provided to open the smart lock on the building gate and gain access. Proceed straight and look for the unit door 1 and 2, located on the left side of the building.

You will find a lockbox there. Enter the code followed by the # key to retrieve the key inside the lockbox.

This studio suite is a private accommodation and will not be shared with any other guests during your stay.

Note: The rooftop with amazing mountain views, outdoor pool, and laundry facilities are shared with the other tenants in the building.

Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

DO NOT MOVE THE TEMPERATURE OF THE REFRIGERATOR" the freezer must always be at level 9 and the refrigerator at level 2. If this temperature is changed the sensor fails and pour water out of the refrigerator.

We strongly advise that you keep a close watch on your child, especially when they are near the stairs or pool, or using those areas. Pool hours: 9 am to 10 pm

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No illegal drugs & No smoking in any form ( cigarette, electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM : No party or gathering of any sort.
- No loud noises or music at all times - We encourage all guests to respect the neighbours during their stay
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

2. Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests.
3. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
