We have taken great care to prepare this suite meticulously, ensuring your utmost comfort throughout your stay. Please take advantage of our top-notch amenities, such as our indoor pool, sauna and fitness center, at your convenience.
Welcome to our exquisite 2BR Condominium. This exceptional 963 Sqft 2BR Condo Suite offers an unparalleled experience, combining a pristine and inviting living space ambience, contemporary amenities, and the breathtaking scenic beauty of the town. We have taken great care to meticulously prepare this suite to ensure your comfort during your stay.

The condominium is centrally located, with easy access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other amenities. This place also access to public/shared indoor swimming pool, sauna, game room and fitness room. We prioritize cleanliness and provide a sanitized environment for your safety and enjoyment.

The suite can accommodate up to 6 people and includes the following features:

The first bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed.
Bathroom 1 features a toilet, shower, and bathtub.
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed.
Bathroom 2 includes a toilet and shower.
The living room offers a sofa bed, providing comfortable sleeping space for an additional two people.

The living room of this condominium features expansive glass windows and a private balcony that provide a panoramic city view. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa set and a television, creating an ideal space for indoor relaxation. Whether you prefer sipping a cup of coffee, immersing yourself in a good book, or watching movies, this room offers a perfect setting for indoor recreation.

Comfortable clean and modern kitchen perfect for meal preparations is equipped with a refrigerator, induction stove with electric oven, electric kettle for hot water, and a microwave for heating food. It includes complete cooking and dining wares for daily use, as well as a dishwasher.
Guests have access to the upper space and will not be going to share this with any other guests.
Access to the suite's Instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the indoor swimming pool (open from 6AM to 12AM), sauna, game room (subject to availability), and fitness room during their stay.

One of the notable features of the area is its convenient location. Being in downtown Vancouver, residents and visitors have easy access to a wide range of amenities and attractions. Within walking distance, you'll find an array of restaurants, cafes, shops, and entertainment venues.

Moreover, the neighborhood benefits from its proximity to key landmarks in Vancouver. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.

2. Late Check-Out:


Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 1 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:


We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
