Welcome to our Lovely 2BR Home in Foster Ave. We are excited to have you with us and we've made sure you'll feel just like at home. We have prepared our place with you in mind to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Feel free to make use of all the amenities provided, including the fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas and comfortable bedrooms. Explore our beautiful neighborhood and nearby parks for outdoor activities.
Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom home on Foster Ave. This delightful residence spans 943 square feet on a single floor, providing ample space for a small group of travelers. With its pristine condition and generous layout, it is perfect for couples, families with two children, or a group of four friends. The rooms offer a blend of simplicity and comfort, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Centrally located, our apartment allows for convenient access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other amenities. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us, and we ensure a sanitized environment for your safety and overall enjoyment. Rest assured, our home can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

1-shared bathroom shower w/ bathtub and toiletries

A spacious living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa set and a television, is ideal for indoor relaxation, enjoying a cup of coffee, reading books, or watching your favorite movies (you can log in to your Netflix account). Please note that the indoor fireplace in the living room is non-functional. However, we have centralized heating to ensure your warmth.

Fully equipped kitchen great for meal preparations is equipped with refrigerator, gas stove w/ multifunction oven, electric kettle, microwave for heating food, toaster, complete with cooking wares and dining wares. ( Note that our facilities do not include a dishwasher )

A beautiful patio w/ outdoor furniture, around the kitchen and dining area, provides a serene setting for both morning and afternoon leisure activities or simply relaxation ( note: Guests are welcome to access the patio area, but are kindly requested not to go down the stairs).
Guests have access to the entire space and will not be going to share this with any other guests.
Access to the suite's Instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
Our lovely 2BR Home in Foster Ave is located in the Burquitlam neighborhood of Coquitlam. Burquitlam is a residential area that offers a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and apartment buildings.

The neighborhood is known for its convenient location, as it provides easy access to various amenities and transportation options. Here are some highlights of the Burquitlam neighborhood:

Parks and Recreation: Nearby parks include Burquitlam Park, Miller Park, and Stoney Creek Park, providing green spaces for outdoor activities, picnics, and sports. Additionally, the nearby Burnaby Mountain Conservation Area offers hiking trails and beautiful views.

Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

Please ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to avoid any automatic cancellation by the system. Thank you for your cooperation!

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

1. Early Check-In:

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.

2. Late Check-Out:


Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:


We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
