Featuring an oversized heated and caged pool, a smart and open concept interior layout, and pristine fairway and lake views, guests will find this home to be of the highest caliber. Close to restaurants, shopping, and beaches, guests will find that this mid island location is easily navigable by bike or foot.
With a deeded beach access less than a 3 minute walk from your front door, dipping your toes in the sand has never been easier than while staying at Casa Del Mar! Casa Del Mar is an amenity rich property, all of which are detailed in the amenities section of this listing. Furthermore, guests have access to the garage of the home where they may store their vehicle during their stay. The home itself is divided across three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite is distanced from the guest suites of the property, making the layout ideal for larger groups that desire a central social area but bedrooms with ample spacing from one another. The bedroom configuration is as follows:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, with en suite bathroom featuring soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, access to hallway bathroom featuring walk in shower and dual vanities
Guest Bedroom 2: Great convertible room can be a bedroom or home office. Queen Murphy bed, access to hallway bathroom featuring walk in shower and dual vanities
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
Outdoor space:
Lanai features ample outdoor seating including outdoor dining table and chaise lounges

As a public course, guests may utilize the facilities on a pay for use basis. For more information please inquire with our office on current pricing for golf and tennis programs at Beachview. Casa Del Mar is also located incredibly close to a number of great restaurants, including Mud Bugs, El Cielo, Tutti Pazzi, and more!
Please note that while this home is listed as pet friendly, it is pet friendly only by approval.
