This unit also includes modern amenities such as a mini split AC unit, 50’ Smart TV, washer/dryer combo unit, and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking or enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants.
The historic Cinco de Diciembre neighborhood is a popular choice for visitors and locals due to its central location, cobblestone streets, and authentic Mexican charm. It’s located walking distance to major points of interest such as the Malecon (boardwalk) and has an abundance of taco stands, chic eateries, and fun nightlife.
The condo is easy to get to by taxi, Uber, or transfer service, and is about 15-20 minutes south of the airport.
