You will need a car in this location, you are close by to everything but you need a car to move around, so it can be more comfortable.
To access the house and enter the parking, it is needed to go down a steep road, nonetheless, we will help you enter and park the car.
It is not difficult to park the car, even so, if you don't feel comfortable parking the car inside, you can always park the car on the street up the road, just at less than 1 minute's walk.
There are renovations happening close by this location, even so, you will not be disturbed, inside the house, by construction noise.
