Enjoy distant sea views from the large velux windows. Conveniently situated with a direct bus to the train station, and a short walk to Queens Park, the beach, and local pubs. Find peace away from the city buzz, yet a mere 20-minute walk to the vibrant city center.

SERENE LOFT RETREAT
The room is beautifully furnished and styled with a subtle nod to scandinavian design. With large velux and windows on both aspects the space is comfortable, bright and cosy.
The room is secured via a digital lock (no keys).
SLEEPING
Have a restful deep sleep in the Kingside bed with cotton linens.
BATHROOM
The modern bathroom hosts a w/c, sink and walk in shower.
Towels are provided.
SEATING AREA
2 lounge chairs, small coffee table & 43 inch Samsung The Frame wall mounted TV with access to log into your streaming apps Netflix, Prime etc.
DINING AREA
Dining table and chairs for two, perfect for your breakfast. (I recommend the flour pot bakery, 5 min walk for amazing morning croissants).
KITCHENNETTE AREA
The small but perfectly formed kitchenette cupboard houses a small fridge, microwave and kettle.
All crockery, glasses and cutlery are provided.
CARPETS
Apologies, but due to my questionable wisdom of installing very light carpets we don't wear shoes in the house.
We have Guest Slippers (same as you see in hotels) for your use.
PARKING
Zone C (Just around the corner, Queens Park Terrace area)
Street parking: £6.50 for 24 hours
- Monday – Sunday: free parking 8pm-9am.
- Monday – Sunday: on street parking 9am-8pm @ £6.50
The room is in a shared house, shared with myself (the host) and my 6 year old son.
The en-suite room is at the top of the house, on it's own floor, so is very private and peaceful. Guests are free to come and go any hours.
Rental is for the room & ensuite only with no access to the host's main kitchen or lounge. The room has it's own small kitchenette.

The Constant Service: Great calm, cosy local pub, occasional acoustic live music, quiz nights, great food. Open until 1am at weekends so great to pop in on your way back home from town for a nightcap. (5 mins away)

WALKING: The room is located in Queens Park which is on top of a hill. Take the low gradient walk along Queens Park Rd or through Queens Park, or a steep gradient walk if you cut through Hanover district.
WALKING DISTANCES: 2 mins Queens Park, 7 mins Kemptown, 12 mins beach. 6 amazing local pubs/restaurants all 5-10 mins away.
BUSES: Direct Bus to Train Station and City Centre from 'The Pepperpot bus stop' just 1 min walk from the house. (if you don’t wish to walk)
