Welcome to our charming, centrally located Coronado property! This recently renovated two-bedroom space offers comfort and authentic Coronado charm.

The primary bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, both beautifully furnished. The spacious living area includes a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen leads to a private patio for outdoor dining.

Enjoy amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi, central heating, and a washer/dryer. Family-friendly extras include beach gear, a Pack n Play, high chair, and more. Ideal for exploring Coronado's top attractions!

Guests will have access to one parking spot located right off of the alley in front of the home. There is ample free street parking in the surrounding area. Please keep an eye out for street sweeping signs.

* Please note: This property is located on Third Street in Coronado, a bustling area that serves as the main route to the Coronado Naval Base. While we rarely receive complaints about street noise, we want to be transparent about this aspect of the location. Refunds will not be issued due to street noise.

Please be aware that there may be guests staying in the ground-level unit below you during your stay. While some noise transfer between units is normal, we kindly ask you to be mindful of your noise levels to help ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!

Pet Policy:
- Pets are not permitted at any of our properties.
- Bringing an unapproved pet will result in a fee of $500 or more to cover damages and additional cleaning. Thank you for your understanding.

Additional Policies and Notes:
- This unit is not equipped with central AC or heating. However, an AC unit is provided in the living room and primary bedroom. There is a radiator heater located in the living room.
- Only registered guests allowed; no additional visitors without prior approval.
- No parties; respect our home, neighborhood, and neighbors.
- No smoking on the property. Doing so will result in a fee of $500 or more to cover damages and additional cleaning.
- Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as they found it. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.
- Outdoor music or portable speakers are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels to respect neighbors and comply with local regulations.
- Guests are responsible for any fines from the City of Coronado for noise violations.
