Our exceptionally chic boutique building seamlessly combines luxurious comfort with lively originality. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions before arrival. Our stylish accommodations showcase similar design and decor in every suite, ensuring a consistent experience. Access to the suites is just one flight of stairs going up, as they are located on the second level. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, our property is equipped with Ring video cameras (not in sleeping areas) and Minut decibel measuring devices (please note: Minut devices do not have recording features).

Bikes and Scooters: There are bike and scooter rentals through "Lime." Simply download the app to get started.
Taxis and Ride-Sharing Services: Visitors can use ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, or hail a taxi to get around Grand Rapids and the surrounding areas.

A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to ******** reservation.
Our cancellation policy ensures a full refund if you cancel at least 2 weeks before your reservation. For cancellations made within 2 weeks of reservation, we will retain 50% of the rental cost.
Please note that local residents are required to obtain prior authorization before booking with us. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our property and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
For the safety and security of our owners and guests, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes uploading a government-issued ID and a selfie. This process helps prevent fraudulent activity and protect the interests of everyone involved. Guests will be provided a boarding pass link with access to an online boarding pass that will have step-by-step instructions on how to access the property.

For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to ******** reservations.
