This includes providing valid email addresses, phone numbers, and identification for every guest. Additionally, local residents are not permitted to book within 3 days of their intended stay. • Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and we require all renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver. Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided.
• The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use.
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to ******** reservation.
