To the south of this home is Marineland and Palm Coast, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun, golf at The Hammock, Washington Oaks state park and overall an amazing area to explore! To the north of St. Augustine is the World Golf Village area and Ponte Vedra with its legendary golf courses and high end spas and retail. This home is less than 12 minutes from Publix grocery store.

The kitchen is equipped to service your whole group and cook together or hire our private chef for a memorable night in! Enjoy an additional mini-kitchen equipped with a mini fridge for your poolside drinks. We have two indoor gas fireplaces for you to relax by! The pool patio boasts an in ground spa, a pool table, corn hole and life size Jenga for your enjoyment. The TV's have Live TV capability and are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. A free access (via the app) Sonos sound system has been installed for piped-in music throughout the pool area, deck, kitchen and living room as well as primary bedroom, so play whatever tunes you like, or put on white noise at night for the perfect sleepy ambiance!

PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in the driveway & garage. Street parking is not allowed. Boat/trailer parking available.
LAUNDRY: We offer a set of washer and dryer. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated near non-drivable beaches You can drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent, Matanzas, Washington State Park, or St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. Ask us for more information!

The boat lift on the dock is occupied by the owner's boat, so it is not available for guest use.
Pool is heated seasonally to 80 degrees from April 1 to October 1 * for a fee of $60 a day or $350 a week*. Spa heat is available in cold season (November 1-March 31) for the heating fee.
There are outdoor cameras throughout the exterior of the property. There are no interior cameras.
BEACH GEAR: These items tend to accumulate from prior guests. We don’t inventory or replace beach gear items. If you want to leave anything behind for future guests, please feel free :)
WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control and where applicable, pool cleaners. Some properties may have other service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job.
Crescent Beach is a very eclectic local neighborhood! Feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine community.
The boat ramp is a few miles north. Bring your boat and jet ski's along and drop them in conveniently, then store them in our gated driveway after a fun day on the water!
Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.
Nearby restaurants include Commanders (a local favorite for oysters and seafood) the Sand Bar and Crescent Beach Bar & Grill. One of my all time favorites is Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimichurri Steak Quesadilla and Jerk Chicken Tacos!
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.
We can coordinate the delivery of a golf cart of jet-ski's for your stay! Please let us know if you would like this service provided.
For your security and the security of the property, there are cameras located throughout the exterior only areas of the home. There are no interior cameras on the property.
Street parking is not allowed. The neighborhood will pay to tow your vehicles. Please use our driveway space.
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Per the listing, we will charge the card on file for the listing's Security Deposit of $1000 on the day of check-in. The funds will be released 7 days after checkout if no damage is present upon your departure. In addition, we will also charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $500. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage, please inquire. * IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($2000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements
