If you’re looking for a place to accommodate a larger group of people while still having privacy, this is the place for you. Situated in the heart of Seminole Heights (Tampa’s Foodie District) this property uniquely offers a 2 bedroom home AND a 1 bedroom guest house next door. You can be just steps away from the other part of your group. This property features tons of parking, a huge back yard, great WiFi and in a location that is close to everything Tampa has to offer! Walk to river
The 2 bedroom main house features lighter tile floors and a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has gorgeous quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (a double kitchen oven) quartz backsplash, a beautiful kitchen island with seating. The home also boasts a large backyard. The 1 bedroom guest house has tile floors, a private deck/seating area outback, it’s own full bathroom, a kitchenette, and an air mattress.
You have access to a main house and a guest house with ample parking, a LARGE backyard with a segmented smaller one just for the guest house, and everything inside the homes.
This home is situated in the heart of Seminole Heights which is Tampa’s Foodie District. It is about 5-10 min from Downtown Tampa, the Convention Center and UT. It is 15 min to the Airport, Busch Gardens, Moffit and USF. 45 minutes to the Best beaches in Pinellas County (Clearwater beach, St Pete beach, etc.), and about an hour to Orlando. Walking distance to river/park (3-4 blocks). Walking/biking distance to several restaurants (half mile).
You can easily get around Tampa with Uber or Lyft, but parking is fairly easy around the city so a car would definitely be ideal as our cities hotspots tend to be more spaced out than other cities. Also you can bring bikes and get around locally to a lot of bars and restaurants.
