It's a homely base for those looking to enjoy our wonderful city! Ideal for couples, families, friends, or business travellers who wish to enjoy a peaceful area with gorgeous Liverpool landscapes and the vibrant city centre which is only a few minutes' drive away.
Apartment Sleeps 5:
Open plan living/kitchen/dining room:
• Fitted with a Smart TV that has aerial channels
• Equipped with a fully kitted kitchen with a microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, coffee machine and more - everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
• Fitted with an additional sofa bed to sleep one guest comfortably
Bedroom 2:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
Bathroom:
• Fitted with a toilet, basin, bathtub and a shower.
Parking:
• Has a gated car park for one car which is free to use.
** As this is a residential property, we do not allow any loud noise or party groups of any kind in this property. Please note the apartment has a noise monitor and CCTV in the wider building communal areas**
Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home!
Situated just a few minutes walk away from two beautiful parks in Liverpool - Princess Park and Sefton Park.
It's only a 10-minute drive to the city with a variety of transportation options such as taxi, train, and bus.
Lark Lane which is known for many old and new restaurants, shops, bistros and cafes is also close by. Just walk along the street and you'll have some of the best finds!

- The Tea House for an afternoon tea experience
- Chilli Banana for Thai Food
- Que passa cantina, a famous Mexican/South American bar and restaurant
- Elif Turkish BBQ Restaurant
- Gelato for their authentic Italian ice cream

It's also known for flea markets and pop cafes at The Old Police Station and crafts at Arts 47.
The nearest train station is St. Michael's Station at Buckland Street, 16-minute walk away. From here you can get into the city centre!
There is a bus stop on the same road as the apartment, just 2-3 minutes walk from the front door.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
