The first bathroom is adjacent to the primary bedroom and features plenty of cabinet space to store your belongings. The shower/tub combination allows you to choose how you want to wash up after an adventurous day. Towels and soap are provided, as well as two toilet paper rolls per bathroom and a starter amount of shampoo and conditioner. Don’t forget to bring your own if you’re planning a longer stay!

Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which is stocked with all the stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils you need. Stay energized throughout your stay at the coffee bar with a nespresso coffee maker. We’ll get you started with 12 Keurig pods (3 of each flavor), along with a dish sponge, paper towels, one dish detergent, three trash bags, and a whole bag of dishwashing capsules.
The elegant kitchen opens up onto the beautifully-decorated dining area with a table for four. The colorful walls and contemporary furnishings flow through to this stunning room to elevate your dining experience.

Relax in the open-concept lounge, which contains plenty of comfortable seating for your whole family and a Roku TV so you can stream your favorite movies and shows. The high-speed wifi makes it easy to stream without any interruptions. Netflix and Amazon Prime are included!

Step out onto the private patio lovely of outdoor seating. This is the perfect place to socialize with friends and family at the end of the day.
This quiet neighborhood is in a great location near many of Tampa’s top attractions, including Midtown, Hyde Park Village, downtown, the zoo, the aquarium, and the university.

For those traveling with little ones we offer one high chair at no additional cost.

* 3 Extra Trash Bags
* 2 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bath
* A bag of Dishwashing Capsules In The Kitchen
* Small soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom
Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (******** - 6 minute drive)
Kitchen is well stocked with amenities we enjoy for large groups:

* Basic Baking ware
* Food Ninja Blender
* Toaster
* Microwave
* Oven
* Dishwasher
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.
Other things to note
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.
