Villa Palm Beach Lux is located in the quiet urbanization of Pinares, on the outskirts of Lloret de Mar.
Right in front of the villa there is a bus stop that will take you directly to the center of Lloret de Mar (just 3.5km), with its shops, restaurants and leisure areas. The town has a large beach with all the necessary services.
Near the villa (1.5km) there is also a water park.
The villa has a large outdoor area with barbecue, private pool with sun all day and sea views, children's play area and a nice chillout. In this area you will enjoy great privacy while having fun, sunbathing or relaxing under its magnificent palm trees.
Internally, the house is distributed into 2 areas. In the first area there is a very bright living room for 14 people with television with Netflix, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with direct access to the barbecue and a children's play area.
