Located very centrally in the leafy suburb of Kenilworth. Its location is away from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town City centre, yet very accessible to all areas of Cape Town. It's the perfect way to experience Cape Town. Located close to many schools, Kingsbury hospital, fantastic Cafes and restaurants. Walk to grocery stores and cafés.
A spacious apartment - well designed and comfortably decorated. Large Patio and very big communal garden with fountain and trees and lawns. Two spacious bedrooms and one large bathroom with bath and walk in shower.
You have to climb a short flight of stairs to access the apartmentLovely indoor fireplace. Secure parking on the premises. Safe neighbourhood.
You have use of the entire apartment exclusively and can enjoy the gardens which are shared. Parking is safe and inside the gated property

This pretty suburb is flanked by the Constantia Winelands and the world-renowned Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, between the suburbs of Claremont CBD and Wynberg. So, it is an ideally central base from which to explore the best tourist attractions in Cape Town, as well as many of its hidden gems.
Kenilworth is a well established part of Cape Town. The roads are lined with trees and shrubs. It’s popular amongst young couples and families that want to stay in the heart of Cape Town’s suburbia. Close to Kenilworth Racecourse and Kingsbury Hospital with a number of schools nearby
The Kenilworth Racecourse is the oldest of its kind in South Africa, having been established in 1882.
Claremont, with its Cavendish Square Mall and the other fabulous shopping centres and restaurants, are just up the road. The Constantia Wine Route and Maynardville Theatre are also only a few minutes away.
The City Bowl, CTICC, V & A Waterfront, and Table Mountain are about 20 minutes’ drive away; while the Cape Town International Airport is only 17 kilometres from the heart of Kenilworth.
