This 2nd Floor Penthouse 3 Bed 2 Bathroom Beachfront End Unit Condo with private over-sized terrace/patio can be enjoyed during the day lounging on one of our private sun loungers, whilst al fresco dining or simply watching the sun setting over the ocean in front of you. The terrace/patio is directly accessible from both the open-plan living area and the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. There are 2 other bedrooms with a king and 2 double beds. Sleeps up to 6 Guests.
This beautiful beachfront condo is ideally located within the Sunset Cove resort style condo complex on the world famous Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman and just 20 metres from the clear, warm turquoise Caribbean Sea, the views from our private over-sized terrace are simply breathtaking.
The condo has a living space of 1,600 sq ft comprising of a master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity basins, a king sized bedroom with vanity desk, a third bedroom with two twin beds and a second family bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. 6 adults can sleep comfortably in our condo making it one of the more spacious luxury condos directly on the beachfront on Seven Mile Beach. The new modern kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances - electric oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal - even a slow cooker, magic bullet and cocktail shaker! There is also a large separate front loading washer and dryer.
We provide cotton towels, beach towels, all cotton linens ******** thread count), shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and soap. WiFi access and Smart TV is complimentary.
A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request for an additional charge.
The condo is currently professionally managed by Property Management Cayman Ltd.
Sunset Cove provides facilities and amenities normally associated with a hotel resort - it has 3 swimming pools including the largest pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail bar, a shallow wading area for small children, a waterfall and a hot tub.
It is the only resort on Seven Mile Beach with a flawless soft white sandy beach which leads you into a private cove area where a man-made rock wall forms a protective swimming lagoon with a beautiful natural coral reef just beyond the lagoon for snorkelling.
Other on site-facilities include a communal BBQ area, plenty of beach and pool lounge chairs and daybeds and sun umbrellas.
There is also 24x7 security guards and CCTV on site.
Sunset Cove is a *2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence* property!
Onsite restaurants/bars include Lazy Lizard & Bevvy. Bevvy is located in the Lobby area and is a great bar to watch sports and meet up with friends. Lazy Lizard Bar and Grill is located by the Sunset Cove pool area which offers casual dining.
George Town is a 5-minute drive away and great to walk around during the day if you want a break from the beach. Camana Bay is also close by and a more vibrant place to go for an evening stroll or dinner.
If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively, there is public transportation that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip during the day. If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will provide door to door transportation.
The property is in the centre of Seven Mile Beach Area and directly on Seven Mile Beach - no traffic to negotiate, simply walk down the stairs (there is no lift to access our 1st floor unit) and onto the beach or through the gardens to access the swimming pools and amenities.
The condo is strictly a non-smoking condo. Smoking will forfeit the deposit (which will be used to deep clean the unit for our next guests).
Pets are unfortunately not permitted within the condo complex.
We would kindly ask that all sun tan sprays are applied outdoors and that dry clothes only are worn when using indoor furniture.
