This 1-bedroom apartment is stylish, spacious at its finest and a very practical choice, whether on a business or leisure trip. You’ll find yourself in the Sanem district, within walking distance to the University of Luxembourg, and with easy access to the central train & bus stations.
The main spaces of this 60 sqm|645.83 sq ft. apartment:
- A contemporary and luminous living space with trendy decor and a good vibe overall. There’s a comfy cozy sofa and a large flatscreen Smart TV with cable for relaxing downtime moments at home. The wall of windows allows for lots of natural light to brighten the room and lift spirits
- Beautiful comfy King-sized bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare meals at home. An open space balcony where you can enjoy a cozy meal with a view and maybe a glass of wine to ‘wind down’ after a long day.
- Last but not least, the bathroom. It has a sleek, functional design with a toilet, vanity area and a stand-in shower. There’s a hairdryer provided AND you’ll also find the washer and dryer in there! This is an added convenience that is free to our guests. There’s an iron and ironing board as well to press your clothes for a business meeting or night out!
It’s within the popular area of Esch-sur-Alzette where you’ll be within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shopping, a cinema, concert hall and more. Plus easy access to public transport to the city.
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. The apartment is located in the Sanem District of Luxembourg and is part of Esch-sur-Alzette, the capital of the Terres Rouges. The area is known for amazing restaurants, bars, a shopping mall, cinema, concert hall “Rockhal”, and historic architecture. The historic district of the ancient Arcelor Mittal steel factory is within walking distance of your doorstep. Plus easy, fast and nearby public transport possibilities to Luxembourg city just around the corner.
It’s about a 22-25 minute drive or about an hour-and-15-minutes by train to/from the LUX International Airport. The train station and central bus station are both only 300 meters, about a 2-minute walk away. There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!
Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.

- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
