This luminous one-bedroom apartment provides a great open space feeling and a tranquil stay in Luxembourg, just southwest of the city center. It’s a fantastic choice if visiting Luxembourg for business or leisure. You’ll find yourself within walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, Parc del Merl, and just a 3-min walk to the train station.
The main spaces of this 75 sqm|807 sq ft. one-bedroom:
- A cheerful and bright spacious living area, with a comfy sectional sofa and Smart TV for downtime moments. The apartment has everything you’d need in one great space for up to 2 people.
- There’s a laptop-friendly desk/workspace set up by the windows in the living room for the remote worker or business traveler.
- There’s a private terrace with seating to breathe fresh air with your morning coffee or have an afternoon break.
- There’s a well-equipped kitchen with appliances like a refrigerator, an electric oven, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils for preparing simple meals at home. It’s great if you’re watching your budget or when you don’t feel like going out to eat.
- You’ll find a great dining area with a dining table near the window that can seat up to 6 for a relaxed meal at home.
- The bedroom features a plush queen bed, footstool, reading chair, lots of dresser & closet space.
- A modern full bathroom with a well-lit vanity & a stand-in shower with a rainfall shower head.
- Private washing machine in the shared laundry facilities onsite for convenience.
- One free outdoor parking space at the building. Plus extra street parking for a fee.
You’ll find this place to be delightful. It just southwest of Luxembourg’s city center, in Esch-sur-Alzette, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, shopping, a cinema and more. Plus easy access to public transport to the city. The Hollerich station is just a 3-min walk.
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. The apartment is located in Luxembourg's City Center, the southwestern part in a beautiful up-and-coming tourist destination where you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the number of unique sites to explore there. It’s a peaceful area near Parc de Merl and you’ll find easy public transport options to Luxembourg city center, about a 20-min journey by train.
It’s about 10 km | 6 mi (a 12-15 minute drive) or about an 27-minutes by bus and walking to/from the LUX International Airport. The bus station are a 5-minutes walk away. There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi, or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by Towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!
Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
