The Ferns – space for all the family and Spa pool!

This holiday home is spacious & comfortable. It has three double rooms upstairs to accommodate six guests in total.
It features a BBQ and a Spa and it is in close proximity to Crown Park, Taupō’s base for football events, and 4-5 minute drive to town or the lake.

Please note: while no one will be staying in the downstairs area and you will have the house for yourself, the downstairs is not available for guests on this listing.
This listing offers three bedrooms, two with Queen sized beds and a Super King in the master. Each room has a panel heater. Please note, there are stairs to get to the rooms.

There is a lounge with a large TV, a dining area and a full kitchen complete with a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a bath and shower. There is a separate toilet next to this. The lounge has a heat pump to keep you comfortable, year-round.

There is a spa pool and BBQ outside the rear of the house. Given the proximity to the neighbours, the spa can only be used before 9pm. The BBQ is offered 'as is', as it is not a part of our cleaner's schedule. Please ensure you clean it after use so it can be used by the next guest.

Maintenance between bookings may mean the spa is not always available, or at optimal temperature, by check-in time. We will do our best to have this ready for each booking but it cannot always be guaranteed.
Check-in instructions will be sent to your message thread three days before your check-in date.
This house is near Crown Park where all the local Football events are held. A short drive up the road will take you to a Foursquare Supermarket and takeaways and bottle stores.

The property is very close to its neighbours, so guests need to be mindful of noise, particularly then using the BBQ where we have strict times of use.

• Promotion applies to stays from Sunday to Thursday, during May to August.
• Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy.

This listing advertises a ‘base’ cleaning fee, which accommodates 1-2 guests. Additional linen and resource is required for larger bookings, so an additional $10 per guest will apply for any bookings of more than 2 guests, up to a max of $100. We will charge the extra fee separately closer to your check-in date.

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available. Please enquire (bedding for the cot is not provided). Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10 pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than ********, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $400.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep the linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.
