the apartment is located on Ben Yehuda street and facing the street. now because of the works of the train there might be some noise .
the apartment is a clean simple and basic 1 bedroom apartment of 43sqm in a modern building on Ben Yehuda street which is quite a busy street. second floor with elevator Now due to the tram works it is partially blocked for cars and there are some works going on around so might be noisy sometimes. the balcony and living room are facing the street and bedroom is facing the side of the building.
the TV is located only in the bedroom.
there is only one Air condition located in the main space that cools the entire apartment and in order to keep the bedroom cool need to leave the bedroom door open.
