Huge 4 bedroom Family holiday home with many beach views from each window.
Just a few streets back from the famous Great Ocean Road
Perfect holiday destination for couples, a large family or even two families sharing.
Amenities : Coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, blender, sandwich press,shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper
The open plan fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining is very spacious with a dining table for 6 and 4 stools at the kitchen bench.
The lounge area has a cosy open fire place for those cold Victorian days and nights.
The living room has two spacious couches. One in front of the open fire and one in front of the tv. A DVD player is provided so bring your dvd’s and watch a few classics. Internet TV and app channels only.
The large Master bedroom is set upstairs with built in robes with mirrors and with divine water views. It has an Ensuite including a bath.
There is also a separate toilet upstairs.
Downstairs you will find the other 3 bedrooms
Bedroom 2 is a double bed, large robe and small desk area.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed also and a great ocean view.
Perfect for children Bedroom 4 has two single beds, an extra tv and some books and toys.
A large rumpus room with a pool table complete with balls, ques and score rack to enjoy and a seating area for the spectators.
The bathroom is large with two vanities and a large double shower.
Family lunches on the large balcony with a table and 8 seats with water views.
There is a webber bbq for your use on the balcony on the left of the house.
Large backyard with plenty of grass to relax and read a book or kick a football.
The upstairs laundry has a washing machine. A clothesline is located in the backyard.
This place is suitable for all ages, a memorable holiday place that you will want to come back each year.
Please always make sure the fire is completely out before leaving the property at any time.
Lorne centre is a short 5 min drive.
Small quiet beach area less than 5 min walk.
Lots of wildlife around the house and area.

A car is the best way to get around Lorne.
Only a 15-20-minute walk to town if you choose
