A fantastic apartment offering stunning views across the Three Graces and River Mersey. This apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Liverpool, with the Albert Dock & Liverpool One right on your doorstep.
Boasting a bright open plan living/kitchen area, a comfortable king bedroom and a brand new bathroom.
Occupying a high floor, this apartment offers amazing views as well as a handy roof top bar! Open between April and September (weather permitting). The rooftop bar is not associated with us. It is called Goodness Gracious and is ran by the wonderful Oh Me Oh My restaurant based on the ground floor. Kindly visit their website for more information.
This lovely one bedroom apartment boasts a kingsize bed, modern bathroom, an open plan lounge/dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen.
The lounge has a double sofa bed with full sprung mattress, sleeping two guests, a large TV and a electric keyboard!
With a cosy dining table seating four guests, this is ideal for families looking for a homely apartment from which to explore the city.
The kitchen area has a washer/dryer and dishwasher for convenience.
Please note that this building is located on a very high floor, and whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held liable if this is out of service.
The guests will have access to the whole apartment with no one else present - offering complete privacy. A beautiful, cosy home away from home!
The apartment is located within walking distance of The Albert Dock and Liverpool One. There is lots of bars and restaurants just minutes away, but one of the main attractions is being located just underneath Liverpool's famous rooftop bar 'Oh Me Oh My', which boast beautiful views of the waterfront. Definitely worth a visit!
The apartment is easily in walking distance of everywhere you would want to go in the city centre. But if you do fancy taking a taxi, you can be picked up right outside the door!

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 6 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant city atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
The rooftop bar is not associated with us. It is called Goodness Gracious and is ran by the wonderful Oh Me Oh My restaurant based on the ground floor.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
