This spacious, airy and modern apartment has a stunning view of the River Mersey and the famous Liverpool Waterfront Docks through a beautiful floor to ceiling window in the lounge; a perfect place to chill and relax. Not only does the apartment include amazing views, but is located in a brilliant area for both leisure and and business travellers. Walking distance from the city centre and tourist attractions!
This apartment boasts stunning views of the Liverpool Docks & can sleep up to 6 guests in our relaxing beds. Our soft white linen sheets will help you unwind after a busy day discovering all Liverpool has to offer.
This apartment also has a spacious balcony to watch the sunset, you can sit back and relax, and enjoy with one of our speciality coffees with our Nespresso coffee machine.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is located in central Liverpool, and close to all attractions and the best shopping centres. The block of apartments is a residential building, and is private and quiet. The neighbours are quiet and respectful, so we would appreciate if guests are the same in return.
With the apartment being central all attractions in the city centre are in walking distance, if you wish to venture further afield then there is a variety of bus stops and 'Moorfields' train station close by.
The closest secure car park is located 12 minutes walk away from the apartment.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 15 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
** Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
