This is charming family house is in a phenomenal location. With 3 comfortable bedrooms - A very sophisticated master bedroom which has a balcony, and 2 single bedrooms. The kitchen and living room is seamlessly but sophisticatedly open-plan. With high end appliances and ample seating arrangements, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax, dine and socialise in comfort.
Located just 1 minute from the tube, you can reach the rest of London in no time at all.
This is a beautiful house in an excellent central location.
Ground Floor:
- Single 'pink' bedroom, with a full sized single bed and a delightful assortment of books to browse
- Single bedroom - although designed with children in mind, this bed is in fact a full sized single, so can also fit young-at-heart adults! There is an ensuite bathroom with an overhead shower off this bedroom.
- Utility room with washer and dryer
- downstairs loo
First floor:
- Open plan living space, with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and a cosy sitting area - catch up on Netflix in front of the fire on cold winter evenings!
Second floor:
- Master bedroom with a king sized bed, and a fantastic ensuite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. There is also a delightful balcony, lovely for your morning coffee in the summer.
Guests have access to the whole house, except for some cupboards and one room, which will be off limits.
Near Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, Portobello market and Notting Hill, Bayswater is wonderfully located for anyone wanting to see the centre of London. Whilst staying in Bayswater you will have a palace, lake and horse riding stables virtually in your front garden. Its cultural and social mix, reflected in the amazingly varied restaurants and food stores that line up along Queensway, lends the area some unusual contrasts. Bayswater is cosmopolitan yet comfortable, cutting edge yet cultured.
Royal Oak Station: Underground ( is 1 minute from the house.
Bayswater Station is 9 minutes away.
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
