Welcome to St George Accommodation, the ultimate cosmopolitan lifestyle is right outside the door on the vibrant Chapel Street in the heart of stunning, sophisticated South Yarra. A simply outstanding location with spectacular city views from the fantastic terrace off the penthouse studio.
St George Accommodation is a collection of 8 tastefully furnished self contained studios & an amazing spacious 2 Bedroom Townhouse with Rooftop terrace quietly nestled away but yet only moments from the buzz and hype that all of Chapel Street has to offer. The studios have been carefully designed; retaining some of the classic features of the property such as high ceilings and cornicing while having all the mod cons that one would expect.
The Townhouse is an amazing 3 level property with 2 bedrooms (King & Queen both with ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen, with living & dining area. Unbelievable views of the entire CBD landscape await you from the living area.
If that is not enough, there is an amazing private roof top terrace with unspoilt views of Melbourne CBD skyline. Unwind on the terrace with a coffee or glass of wine and catch some rays with our rooftop loungers, dining table, coffee table & chairs.
In addition each of the two bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room, desk with chairs, wardrobe space & TV. Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a queen bed & ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 on level 1 has a king bed and ensuite shower with Jacuzzi bath / shower.
There is access to high-speed wi-fi Internet throughout the property. For convenience there is also washing machine & dryer. Fresh towels & linen, soaps etc are provided on arrival.
Whether you are going out for breakfast, meeting friends for lunch or considering a romantic dinner, South Yarra’s extraordinary range of dining options offers everything from uber cool hipster havens to the stunning and sophisticated. For those that wish to relax and dine at home, room service can be ordered from the renowned Speak Easy restaurant and an abundance of other locals.

Guests will have access to the entire Townhouse which has 2 bedrooms both with ensuite shower room, fully stocked kitchen, with oven, fridge, microwave and cutlery. Both bedrooms have TVs as does the living / dining area. Furthermore, guests have full access to the Rooftop terrace with amazing uninterrupted CBD views.
