Playa de las Balmins in Sitges is a mainly nude gay (and hetero-friendly) beach situated on the east side of the town. Although the beach is wider and longer than Bass Rodona in central Sitges, it can still get packed in peak season. Playa de las Balmins is a more relaxed gay beach, particularly welcoming to bears and otters and their fans! It also has a chiringuito beach bar which is a gay hangout. There are also showers and lifeguard facilities. To access Playa de las Balmins from Sitges seafront, turn left and continue along the coastal path.
