The beach of La Lède is one of the beaches of La Palmyre, in the commune of Les Mathes in Charente-Maritime. It is the main gay beach between La Rochelle and Bordeaux. The practice of naturalism is allowed on a small portion of this fine sand beach, neither in the dunes nor in the pine forest. From the seaside resort of La Palmyre, towards Royan (D25), park at the parking lot of La Lède or along the road. Cross the forest to reach the beach. On your left, the family part of the naturist beach. Instead, turn right and walk a few minutes to the gay part. La Lède beach is a gay cruising spot in Les Mathes, France.
