About twenty kilometers from Montpellier, the beach of Aresquiers is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and most isolated beaches of the Herault coastline. It is the beach of the eastern tip of Frontignan which extends over ViclaGardiole a long sandy beach lined with groves, a reserve, a true haven of peace for nature lovers. The beach is indicated from the national road between Montpellier and Sète. Park at the Aresquiers parking lot and walk down to the beach, then about 20 minutes east towards Palavas. The naturist beach starts behind the parking lot and continues past the summer camp. Sand dunes and groves of trees. Sometimes the sand has to give way to pebbles.
